Teacher acts on the belief that all students can learn fast and treat them equability. In reality students have different problem which is need solutions. The students always think it is difficult to listen well because they feel bored and uninterested with the subject, lack of vocabulary and the grammar are seem unfamiliar and can be confusing with their own native language, cannot catch the speaker words, difficult in determining main ideas, and the last is they often face difficulty in memorizing the information. In relation to it Alex case (2008) says that there are 11 problems why listening is difficult for student such as (1) they are trying to understand every word, (2) they get left behind trying to work out what a previous word meant, (3) they just don’t know the most important words, (4) they don’t recognize the word that they know, they have a problems with different accents, (5) they lack listening stamina/they get tired, they mental block, (6) they distracted by background noise, (7) they can cope with note having images, (8) they have hearing problems and (9) the can’t tell the differences between the different voices.
Because of listening activities often create high levels of anxiety and stress among learners that can interfere with comprehension, they need a tool that can help them to face all the problems. Brown (2001:59) in his book Teaching by Principles, states that a classroom technique has a great chance for success if it gives some beneficial feedback to the students. By providing some authentic listening materials will definitely motivate them to joint listening subject.
