You deal with many calls, emails and letters from people who are not sure what strategies are available to them on lifestyle improvement. After identifying the strengths and weaknesses from your chosen individuals lifestyle questionnaire, it is now time to show your knowledge of health and exercise by providing lifestyle improvement strategies for your individual.
