From the first breath we breathe we take the last breath of life, we are constantly changing and developing. The life span development is a process of how humans grow and change throughout their daily lives. However, the human development is instantly related to the principles that drive the life span development while being able to manage the long term substance. However, their changes start taking place when a child begins to react to getting hot, cold and hunger. So, therefore the reactions become visible because infants can then recognize their parent’s voices or other voices. Additionally, seeing, hearing, smelling and touching are the five most important senses to help any infant to manage their reactions and understanding the environment.

Nature versus nurture is said to be controversy debate in psychology. The term Nature refers to a person’s biological inheritance or genes, whereas, nurture is the individual’s environmental and social experiences. However, both terms influence prenatal development.
Prenatal Development - This is a combination from a male and a female to create their baby’s genetic heritage. Such as hair, color, eye and mental traits which are health conditions like down-syndrome or sickle cell.
Labor - This refers to births that occur within a female producing healthy babies which are nature to do so. Although all natural births do not guarantee positive outcomes during labor, labor trauma can occur anytime due to oxygen deprivation, low birth weight prematurity as well as post-term birth. Attending Lamaze classes to teach an expecting mother how birth begins on its own and to avoid interventions are nurture to keep mother and child
