Life is an extraordinary phenomenon in which the right factors come together in order to produce something great. The basic necessities required in order to sustain life on our planet are water, food, and shelter. Due to the infrastructure of our modern civilizations, if any of these factors are compromised, many lives will be affected.
As of recently, Flint Michigan has been devastated due to an alteration in its source of public water. Initially, the city’s water came from Lake Huron. Budget restraints then changed the city’s source of water to the Flint River. If precautions were taken, this change would have not caused any threat to society. However, the change was careless and many lives were affected.
