The Importance Of Learning

Each time that I work here there are something different happening. This time was really different because change pastor, spots, and then losing people to another campus. A few things that I learn through this experience are that have slow down, explain things, friends can come from anywhere, it takes time to be comfort in a new place, and it really crazy when adding another campus. I slowing down was something that I walk in knowing, but doing this was the thing I learn how to do. Because I am person when you give me something I just go with it and get it done. Going into this semester I knew I need to teach someone what I do. According to Pastor Bardon I need to train five different people to do what I do. Which, is hard when there is no one to train. The next thing I learn goes alone with this one that is explain what I am doing. My team that I have I just took them and said ok you going have to pick up my work. This means working as a team. I had to explain what I do and then let them do it without me. I learn to just let go and let them do it. Another thing that I learn is that friends could come from anywhere. Start of this semester we move from the youth building to the kids spot. This means we be sharing and have to move everything. These teens was not use to not being able to go outside and run around the building. They also did not have all their games and freedom they had in the youth building. I took them and leaders a while to adjust on how things would work. Then getting used to that we lose the main youth pastor because he went Bixby. This leads us with less volunteers and another person in charge. It was just hard because we just move and now lost people that we need. This is still working itself out, but it going to be
