To update strategies of teaching, some of the things that could be changed is the method and the extent in which students communicate and collaborate. Classroom environments tend to be controlled and the learning of one is the learning of the majority. Therefore, knowledge of the content tends to be similar. Allowing students to communicate and collaborate online, outside the walls of the classroom, provides a platform for students to discus and share their ideas and wisdom participating in public debates and engage in the democratic citizenship (Loertscher & Koechlin, 2012). Anything that can be outsource is. Anything job that could be automated and electronic is. There is no need to employees who have nothing to add above what a robot can do. Therefore, teachers should be geared to create a learning environment for students to develop 21st century skills that cannot be found elsewhere such as creativity, lateral thinking and problem solving with non-routine cognitive skills (Crockett, Jukes and Churches, 2011). Our students need skills to functionally work in a rapidly changing society. How well a person interacts with the unique 21st century skills is the difference between securing or not securing a job. Do they have the ability to social network and communication
