According to the maps we are trying to understand why there was trade and war happening in the same place. I believe that there are some options about this there are 2 options. That I can think of but i 'm not sure which one is correct at all. I believe that it might be right because there are no other options that this would be happening.

So my first option is that this war was happening near a city so the people were trading stuff for anything that they can use shelter with. The second option is that there was that there was a war going on so they needed more soldiers so they began trading things for more men to fight in the war this is what I think. did not have the money anymore they had no idea what to do. There were other wars going on in different locations for different reasons, some people were fighting for money. Other places were fighting for the markets some places did not have a lot of ways, but more money going on to help them get more money for their country. The Barbary pirates had 20% of budget there was a lot of money going we are looking at $10 million + people had to be very careful with spending their money they did not want to rock the boat for a mistake.

They had spent all of their money on the trades that was going on during the civil war the U.S. has no idea what to do next they need to figure it out.
