In order for leadership philosophy to work, it must be followed and practiced on daily basis. It should be easily understood. I believe leadership should have basic fundamentals and standards guiding service members and organization in every direction and situation. I always keep in mind the importance of establishing high yet realistic standards that need to be fulfilled because it would lead to professionalism which is the essential building block of an organization.
