The Importance Of Leadership In Simon Sinek's Start With Why

Leadership is a rare trait that is not only sought, but often deified. This is for good reason, as leadership is a prestigious trait that comes with many positive connotations such as wealth, power, respect, and success. As such, leadership has become something that is perceived as having value in and of itself, but as is explained in Simon Sinek’s Start with Why, this ought not be the case as leadership is something so powerful and so important that it is all but morally obligatory that it be done properly. Regardless of whether true leaders are born or made, in Start with Why Sinek sets out to discuss just what being a good leader consists of, how one might best lead, and how to execute leadership skills.
