Retention Rate. The term "retention rate" is used in a variety of fields, including marketing, investing, education, in the workplace and in clinical trials (Wikipedia, 2016).

Based on the research of Anders, et al, (2011), “leaders in nursing homes should focus on active leadership and particularly task-oriented behavior like structure, coordination, clarifying of staff roles and monitoring of operations to increase the quality of care.
