Viewing leadership in the organisations and imply the reasons for not sacking a football manager on the above, we should view leadership as the same way in football clubs and organisations. This may apply to the situation of football clubs too. In order, to achieve good results in football games, leadership of football managers is absolutely important. Football managers should not be sacked immediately if the result of the match is poor because they may gain and learn to improve from the experience although they are meant take responsibility of the failure. Throughout my findings, a failure of a match may include the relationship of the football manager and teammates so as the football manager’s skill of managing. According to Kouzes and Posner’s statement “when you expect people to fail, they probably will. When you expect them to succeed, they probably will” (Kouzes and Posner, 2002) define that success based on expectation instead of the manager. On the other hand, a good manager will leads the team to success and performs better by making the right decision in leadership. Ultimately, my research also indicates that different types of organisations have a different development in leadership. The answer of my findings with the football team generates that leadership in a football coach may be the same meaning, but their formality in judging leadership may be different as the working conditions for the both leaders are different.
