I am underdeveloped in taking initiative and taking the team till the end. I like and live with change but I am not comfortable taking initiatives. I also feel that I have a great potential to be a change catalyst in my home and work environment due to all my experiences. I fear of failure. Failure of the initiative. What will people think of my failures? What will the society think of such failures?
I also postpone tasks and never start on time. Time management is also one of the pain areas which is one of the most underdeveloped. For example, most of the assignments which fetched me a score of 8 are last minute assignments. But what if, I start all the assignments on time? I might have scored a 9 and above.

Genuineness is a worth I live by each minute and not being limit but rather legit, with that originates from the admiration I have for others. One can't be exceptionally deferential on the off chance that somebody is equipped for being untrustworthy with that individual.

Accomplishing objectives and goals As much as I generally accomplish my objectives and goals I have to put my attention on accomplishing them inside of the set time and this will empower me to extend my ability. In the very near future, I will be part of a team, managing people and projects. I will lead by example and will showcase that I’m willing to push myself to accomplish objectives.
Leadership by example, is one of my mottos in life and will surely showcase it to the best possible extent.
Integrity, Honesty and Fairness My upbringing taught me to be honest, fair and to maintain integrity. However, circumstances apply immense pressure and remold you into another person. I will keep constant check if the pillars, I vouch by from childhood are still unshattered. Affection is as much a piece of admiration as sense of pride is. I will share the skills by action and by maintaining the integrity of showcasing all the
