Every one’s dream at some point in life is to get the designer/model fit-like body. However, it is one day to wish and another to make it happen as it requires a lot of patience, hard work, discipline and determination as you to make sure you are not losing weight plus healthy nutrients. Some argue that losing weight is best done by skipping some meals in-between the day; well I doubt that is true as nutrition dictates that we should at least have balanced meals throughout the day even if that means small servings. Additionally, not worrying about the excess weight can also work magic. I know some people who claim that when they are stressed that is when they add an increasing amount of weight. Rope Jumping
Jumping rope provides a great aerobic exercise when done perfectly. Also, it can add definition to your calves & shoulders since it works for such muscle groups vigorously. Ideally, jumping rope entails a tremendous set of skill, strength, focus and patience.
Jumping rope is not regularly used as an aerobic activity but burns high volumes of calories compared to the other events mentioned above.
7. Yoga
Yoga is a natural and effective well to lose weight mostly preferred by women as it enables them to lose weight through its slow poses and deep breathing technique. It’s therefore suitable for both weight loss and achieving better mental health. In average one will be able to burn 180-360 calories per hour depending on the yoga exercise and pose that you will be working on. This is really great as compared to going to the gym and working out through high intensity exercises that use a lot of energy or pain and could even cause you to get injuries. Just, be sure to get the best Yoga form that speeds up the process of burning calories such as vinyasa or Ashtanga and more specifically the power yoga
