Customers and other team members will appreciate what a successful entrepreneur had achieved. Perseverance is also an interesting characteristic of entrepreneurs who, overcome obstacles to run a business. Entrepreneurs faced difficulties in the past, but continued to pursue their goals until they make a difference. However, the only way to solve the problem is to consult with managers who develop a better solution to run a successful business.
2. My characteristics to becoming a successful entrepreneur are confidence, flexibility, and a passion for learning, and networking. Entrepreneurs with high confidence levels are able to complete their task without any hesitations (Smale, 2015). For me, I would like to improve my confidence in learning how to interact with team members and develop innovative products to sustain in the marketplace. From my last spring semester, entrepreneurship has become a new topic for me since I do not have any personal experience in the business. The class has helped me to learn on how to reduce the risk of losing profits and find the right customers who love my products. I have reflected my traits to become a successful entrepreneur. I believe the best part of becoming an entrepreneur is getting to know my strengths and weaknesses. I have not thought of becoming an entrepreneur, but would like to do in the near the future. I do need to have work experience related to nutrition before applying for a job in a bigger corporation. I prefer to work in a health related business environment with experienced employees who handle selling a product or service very effectively. My plan is to motivate employees to learn and grow, utilizing team building activities efficiently, before moving on to the next
