Over one million people will be visiting the city of San Francisco in early February for Super Bowl 50. The authorities say they are not removing the homeless because of the Super Bowl, there reasoning is the El Nino storm. In an article on Quora titled ¨San Francisco, CA: Why are there so many homeless people in San Francisco?¨ by Brad Stroh states the facts of why San Francisco has so many homeless people there.The first reason is that San Francisco was a disembarkation spot for the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
