America is already a great country as it is, but with more effort we can make even better. Many people take America for granted and do not appreciate all the veterans who have served for their country and many who have sacrificed their lives. We as people do not understand their experience and how traumatic it was for most of them. They do so much and we do so little. We the people can pay back our debt with just simple acts. If we raised money and just built them a decent home, we would show how thankful we are. Veterans should feel independent at their homes that fulfil their needs and wishes. Many of them would not like to be placed in home where they feel useless and uncomfortable. Some of them don't even have jobs, so how are they able
