The Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) and the Regional Health Bureaus (RHBs) focus more on policy and strategy matters and technical support while Woreda Health Offices (WorHO) manage and coordinate the operation of the Woreda health system under their jurisdiction(10).
To strengthen the health information system, Ethiopia has undertaken an extensive reform and re-design of the health management and information systems.
