Health, what is the true definition of being a human who is considered a “healthy person”? Is it the strength of the body, or is it the amount of fat a person has on their body? Or, could it even be the mental aspects of the human mind that keeps a person healthy? Well, the answer is all of the above, all of these aspects of life contribute to the factor of a healthy life. A healthy body, mind, and even soul are all of what makes a human healthy. Although it can be tough to maintain all of these features, but these all improve the quality of life he/she will have to longelity to social health. For starters, one can look as total weight as a starting indicator for health by just looking at another. Healthy weight is one of the most important forms of heath a person can have. Having a healthy body can show that a person is healthy, they do not necessarily have to have muscle built to the extreme, but does not mean that a healthy person will not have a well toned body. Otherwise, measurements of cholesterol, and even levels of blood pressure will show how a person diets, and even their eating habits. Another factor that some might not believe is the health of human mentality, as stress, and numerous other factors can contribute to major health issues. Not only do physical health, and mental health both correlate with each other, but they also have their own effects that can be devastating if ignored.”To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”(Buddha). The mental health of a person can be just as important, just as important as the body”Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.”(U.S Department of health). The mind controls our habits, and the status of our mental health can be shown through life choices, and even how a person treats themselves. One such issue is stress, stress is a killer, and it can be very hazardous to a person 's mentality, and even their heart. A person needs to learn to manage stress before it turns into a serious issue. A person with normal amounts of stress can prove to show that they are healthy. Issues such as depression can lead to a person harming themselves, and even a person not eating properly. One way a person can avoid any of these mental heath issues is to seek help when you are either feeling thoughts of suicide, or if you were to develop
