What is a health coach? A health coach is a trained professional who assists you in reaching your health goal(s) . Making the needed changes to improve your health is never easy. Family, work, and other commitments seem to take priority over taking care of ourselves. Have you ever found yourself saying, "If I ever had more time I would.......". Or, "I know I need to .........., but things are too stressful right now". Sound familiar? I am committed to helping my clients reach their full potential by providing an individualized action plan, motivation and unconditional support.
