Daily we listen and read information about healthy nutrition. How do we know what is right and what not ? Can we affect our health with nutrition and how ? What is good nutrition and what is bad ? All of that, are the current questions, issues that are debated in scientific communities and in lives of ordinary people, especially in media where we can inform ourselves about that topic everyday. And that being the current topic proves mass health problems which are present in big precentages of human population in all ages. Especially some diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart diseases and blood vessels. Can we do something about that and how do we do it ? It is a profound truth. People have always recognized useful properties of certain foods. In the information age, public health institutions at the global level, recommended certain diet to be followed [1]. The link between good nutrition and disease prevention is similarly strong. the idea of introducing a wide range of nutrients is not new, and awareness of this concept is constantly increasing. There is no person today that has not heard of healthy eating pyramid. That pyramid is recommended by World Health Organization, as a pattern of regular daily intake of certain nutrients which enables the best prevention. Following that pattern means ensuring the highest possible prevention. It is known that in the diet of the Eskimos most common food is fatty fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which is the reason for lower rates of diseases of heart and blood vessels than the others. Omega 3 is one of the good fats that is essential for our body. The reality is that the lack of other types of good fats from grain lipids and sterols leads to poor function of the cell as a condition of chronic fatigue and lack of energy in the human body. These lipids and sterols are found in grains, soybeans and rice. Since mankind uses these ingredients in processed form as white flour and white rice and discard the bran containing lipids and sterols, and all that is cause of many chronic diseases. If people ate these foods in integral form, then this would have achieved a great prevention against these diseases. Research marked the greatest benefits for the function of phytonutrients (certain components of fruits and vegetables) in the prevention of cancer. Hundreds of studies have confirmed a positive correlation between the introduction of large amounts of fruits and vegetables and reduced risk of cancer [2]. In
