Next, don’t skip breakfast. Children who do not eat the breakfast normally had less nutrition. Their diets contain less iron, dietary fiber, calcium and vitamins such as niacin and riboflavin. Children who do not eat the breakfast will becomes easily get older. A few of the schools were concerned about children who skip breakfast so that had introduced breakfast programs. Generally, children perform well in education when they had breakfast. When they consume a healthy breakfast, they can keep a healthy weight. The adults who consume a healthy breakfast will be productive at work and had a healthy weight. Besides, tips for having healthy breakfasts that include some easy steps to prepare the breakfast. To encourage infant or child has a healthy diet, there were some guidelines need to follow. It has been included encouraged baby’s mother breastfed their babies since the babies born. From most of the cases, in the first six months breastfeeding became the only source of food for the babies. Besides, baby’s mother needs to be more careful by not overfed or underfed the baby if using the milk powder. Next, infants and children should choose the water as the favored drink. And, diets with low-fat were not encouraged to the infants and children that were under two years of age, Saturated fat should be considered for children that were older in their diet low in fat.
