Personal Narrative: The Rhythm Of Life

Happiness can be defined differently from everyone. With knowing that everyone as a since of purpose can make people view their life differently. They are different ways to find happiness in. Purposeful and meaningful way of living can be positive way of life. Throughout Matthew Kelly The Rhythm of Life, brings up that everyone has a purpose, and have a way to achieve happiness. They are different ways here people can get happiness from. Also, happiness can help us become the best version of yourselves. Living in the moment can have an effect on purpose and happiness. Each person has different ways of getting their happiness, through the three people I have interview they showed what happiness means to them, and how they find purpose. One of the three people I had the honor to interview was Janet Hinen. She has been through so much in her life that no one should have to go through. She fought them all will the help of family and friends, but also finding the purpose to keep going. Also, she finds happiness in the little things now, and is able to live in the moment. She finds the purpose through prayer, doing this throughout the day she prays the rosary and does devotions that make her day have meaning. Something may remain the similar to other people. Finding the inner strength inside of us, and make life worth living. We can find happiness everyday life, but it something it can be hard to notice it. Making memories, have a bad day, make mistakes, and find relationship. Those of are something we can grow from and showing us your purpose and find the positive moments. There were many difference between each person, but one thing they had in common was the positivity they have and how they use it. Everyone happiness is different, but live in the moment because we do not know what is coming
