Toronto is a very large and diverse place, we need somewhere to connect with the people around us that is why I’d like to stress the importance of increasing the amount of community centers and city parks in Toronto. Parks and community centers allow Torontonians a common place to meet for recreation and exercise. People that live in communities with parks and recreation centers tend to feel a stronger sense of community than those that don’t, also, from these community centers information can be discussed about common concerns. The next concern I want to bring up is the fact that a very large amount of Toronto schools have no air conditioner. I know by personal experience that when schools don’t have an AC it becomes really hard to concentrate, much less learn, if I am elected, I will make an effort to pass a by-law that requires all schools in the GTA to have a fully functioning cooling system. Finally I would like to address the TTC or Toronto Transit commission, a few days ago I read an article about a woman named Asmait Abraham and her 12-year old son
