Everybody will have grit one day and that day can be today. I showed grit once while in basketball. It was a cold day and we were losing in a basketball game by 2. Therefore it was halftime and we had our talk in the locker room. I get back on the floor. It was about half way in the fourth quarter and we were now ‘=down by 1 and we had the ball. There was this one guy and he was in a bad mood he stepped on my ankle for no reason and he saw me fall and so he took his advantage and stepped on it. I was in a lot of pain I thought to myself “why did he do that.” Got to the free throw line and I was in pain. There was 1 min before the end of the game I shot and made it. Then this shot could win us the game I shot it “swoosh.” They had the
