Gratitude; a small word, but means a whole lot to our veterans. The veterans of this great country are often overlooked and not on the top of everyone’s mind. The fantastic military personnel have fought on the front lines in major conflicts around the globe protecting American values. These include the values of life, liberty, and happiness. Our founding fathers had that idea the moment this great nation was formed. Just look around you, there are unordinary, exceptionally brave veterans everywhere you look now and have fought in almost every modern day war you can think of. From Korea to Iraq to Afghanistan, veterans are everywhere, but we just don’t notice them. Furthermore, the importance of showing our gratitude to our outstanding veterans
