Good leaders ensure the followers are taken care of and followers need to back the leader when necessary (Chaleff, 2009). If ever given the opportunity to be a leader, I want to be like the two leaders as I described as good leaders. I feel like even now that I can encourage others to do their best while striving for the goal. Being able to motivated individuals is what a good leader is able to perform. Learning from all of these experiences has taught me what most consider being a good leader. It has also taught me that I do not want to be the autocratic leader. Being a good leader is about listening to everyone and not solely making all the decisions. A follower may have a better idea than the leader. Therefore, the leader needs to be open-minded. However, the leader must stand their ground when followers are breaking the rules. Everyone must be treated equally in order to maintain a good leader/follower
