The Importance Of Going To A Christian University

There are many important factors that play a major role when someone is choosing to apply to college. The perfect college can be hard to find, there are so many different aspects that come into play when looking for colleges. For me, I look for colleges that are close to home, that aren’t too big, that have my major, and most important of all have a christian based education. Going to a christian University is a good way to meet new christian friends, grow in my faith, and keep a strong relationship with God and my peers around me.
I was born, grew up, and am currently live in Oak Harbor, Washington. Growing up, I went to the Oak Harbor Christian School from Pre-K all the way to the eighth grade and regularly attended and still go to Oak Harbor Christian Reformed Church. I was involved in Cadets as a little kid and went to many youth groups and youth camps with friends. Growing up in a christian household, going to church and a christian school, has helped me know God and build better and stronger relationships with the people around me. This encourages me to find a Christian school in college to continue growing in faith.

That is why choosing to apply to a christian school is important to me because growing in my faith is very important and in doing that I can do better in school, build better relationships with my friends, family, and teachers, and in an end goal make the world a better place.
