Throughout history global health issues have been increasing in our nations which have been creating many problems regarding our health. Health makes everyone more attentive because no one wants to obtain a disease at some point in their life that can cause an early demise. People believe that with good health, one lives a good and happy life with no worries. Health is described as “the general condition of the body or mind with the presence of illness that can be cured.” Healthcare systems are checking and managing an individual 's health care by providing treatments and medication that can alleviate pain and suffering of the individual. His or her learning environments can play a huge role in how one learns and exercises health habits. Many learn from other people by watching their parents and what they do to manage their health and they learn from it. An individual 's health can be determined by their parents. Depending on this factor, individuals are able to receive and share about methods to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some people may never hear about health issues and have no idea how to maintain them. Health education is about providing skills to enable individuals to learn about healthy decision making strategies and apply it. These strategies are a combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes. The individuals would learn various methods of taking care of themselves when a certain disease occurs that causes damage to their body. For example, when an individual contracts a certain disease such as small pox the individual will need some sort of medication or vaccination that will control the disease.
