To combat this I sort of goofed off and made just likes I stated earlier. However, this all changed when I went to Gilbert Christian. I was new to the school and I didn’t know anyone at the school at all. Everybody sort of already knew each other due to the fact that they went to the middle school together or through church. So still, I was a little scared to show my faith because I didn’t know how the other students would react, which is silly because we go to a Christian school. No matter the situation, whether it be that you’re surrounded by nonbelievers or you’re doing something you don’t necessarily enjoy (singing), you shouldn’t be afraid or embarrassed to express your faith and acknowledge Jesus. Why should you not acknowledge and show your love for Christ when he gave everything he had for you. That’s not something to be embarrassed about or ashamed.
