While these studies provide factual evidence it is does not provide a deeper meaning to gender equality. It should be known that gender equality is not only applicable to women and men. They are not the only genders that can be identified with in this day in age. Furthermore Kimmel should make it clear to the audience that this lecture was based on gender equality in America. If not then his lecture should provide more depth in how gender equality can affect third world countries.
