We establish a seven step framework to keep in mind what we have done, what was done, and what can be done to make our agenda, our goal a success and sustainable. Step one, we call an action to the Community to decrease and prevent discrimination towards the LGBT community and increase productivity by promoting a healthy lifestyle. Step two, we done research and went out in the community and learned that Parents or children are not aware or knowledgeable about their own or children views. They lack the knowledge of services that are provided within the community to decrease and prevent LGBT Discrimination. Step three, we will get the word out by passing out fliers, pamphlets, and using social media like Face book, Instagram, and Twitter to publish and advocate information regarding the issue and influence factors of LGBT discrimination, our goal, and get more people involved to help change our community. Step four, we will meet with our Community board, twice a month in the beginning and the end regarding finding alternatives, tactics and strategies to accomplish our goal and see what progress were made. The way people get their information has change tremendously in the past years. The best way to get the word out there now days is by using social media. Social media has become the biggest way of communicating and getting your message to the public. We decided to use three types of social media to get the word out there. The social media we will be using are: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These are our three main sources we using to get the word out there. We will use all three of these social media for different purposes. We will use Facebook to keep the public informed about all the events dealing with the LGBT community. We will update information such as: Protests/rallies, laws affecting the community, any services offered to the people of the LGBT community, share pictures, share videos of activities, write post to get the public to speak on behalf of the community, post information and fight any stereotype people might have of the community, and anything that we do that relate or affect the community in any type of
