The US Government should provide free healthcare for all citizens. Free healthcare is a basic right all human beings deserve. Many citizens live unhealthy lives because they cannot afford healthcare. Day Lacks had many health issues like nose bleeds that wouldn't stop and gangrene in his feet (Skloot 163). For citizens like Day, free healthcare would give him the opportunity to live a longer and happier life and the ability to work to support his family. Equally important, having free healthcare would promote entrepreneurships. Providing universal health care in the United States could increase self-employment by 2 to 3.5 according to a study in 2001 (Alex Wellington).Most people are scared to start their own businesses in fear of not qualifying
