Abstract Foreign policy changed over time has reflected in its national interest. Foreign policy is a major concern to the people today in society, because after the terrorists attacked in Paris, they killed over a hundred people. The United States wants to start a war against terrorists in Isis, but Congress prevents them. The Congress doesn’t want the country to be involved with terrorism because they might cause more terrorists into the state. Also, they said it would be better if the nation were to stay neutral and stay away from world affairs. When the country is under foreign policy, it affects the prices of products, ensures high national security, and changes job employment. “ US. foreign policy is affects almost every aspect in our daily lives” ( Brandon, 2015, pg. 9). Public policy is where government is supposed to solve problems and help improve the lives of people. In a short time, the government starts to help making other people’s lives better by solving their problems;but it caused tensions for them due to having to solve all the problems of the people in society. Also, it’s hard for the government trying to fix problems by coming with solutions to help the people. Sometimes,the government can came up a solution that might cause another problem afterwards. But the United States departments insisted that they will help address people’s problems based on their situation. For instance, the Department of Agriculture is there to provide farmers the help with their agriculture. Department of Agriculture helps sort their products, protect natural resources, and end hunger. In the outcome, the United States departments are helping the government by taking certain problems of society while making improvements. In foreign policy, the U.S. wants to start in intervention against terrorists for attacking their country. He would have to ask permission from Congress and had sixty days to leave out of war affairs. Despite that, the President has ignored the War Powers Act,which results Congress to create two ideas to punish the President. They may either blame the President after he has lost the war and they can throw him out of office,or they can take the credit from him for winning the conflict. There are concerns when dealing with the policy because it impacts on other people of their problems. The government is having a difficult time when finding solutions to help the people with their problems,so the U.S. departments become involved and supports certain problems. The United States Department of Agriculture supports the farmers by helping them with their crops,organize their products, and end hunger for the people.
