Every human being is subjected to some form of eating food due to the physical needs. If you cannot eat, then means you are either medically ill or you have made a choice to die. The body needs to grow and for it to grow it needs nutrients. The nutrient aspect here is of importance because somebody can be eating food without the nutrients the body requires and hence that will be futile work. People do not eat certain foods because of health issues. Some of these issues might be physician generated or from a personal conviction that they should not be eaten. Mostly in homes, people try their best to cook balanced diets. However, there are instances or types of people who cooking a balanced diet is quite difficult for them. For example, consider a young man who is not married. Most of those in group tend not even to cook. They prefer takeaways from fast food restaurants. The reason is that cooking is time consuming. They do not want to cook anything that exceeds fifteen minutes in the cooking oven. As result, it is very easy to identify unmarried career youngsters by observing the kind of food they eat or cook. Besides the like of fast foods, they are very irregular in their eating habits and survive by the grace of the divinity. However, organized people are very aware of what they eat. Besides the organization, availability of resources to afford what this group of people would want to eat is not an issue.
