I shouldn't never went to chow and finish the work first, at the end of the day. I could see how crucial it's to finish the task they have given me too, so they can look up on rny corrections and deficiency that I have made on one of my diaries. Before 0100,the diary must be finish and check by the NCO and reviewed, certified by the OIC, so we could cross-train each other and do more productive work besides main post-deployments work. For example, junior marines supposed to finish their annual training's, leading marines, and corporal's course. It's my fault and I do willing to take the responsibility to fix my deficiency as a Marine, so I could be more useful to the work section that I work into. I hate being a burden on a person, community, and the people I work with. Now, I fully understand the importance of following orders. It reflects predominantly to higher ups and will eventually come down to us when the mission is not completed. What I've got to myself about following orders, to improve myself as a whole another person. A strive to be greater than anyone else. A team must work altogether. Following of one the NCO's or higher ups must be respectively to be followed. Honestly, everyone hates getting chewed or counseled for something incorrect decisions we are making. Remember the people would be affected when you didn't follow the orders. Think about the big picture, military is made as an organized structure
