Write An Essay On The Importance Of Following Instructions

Due to my lack of personal responsibility I failed to follow my instructions, therefore I will address the necessity of following instructions and why they are important. In the army if you do not follow instructions from your Noncommissioned officer which is a lawful order then you could get an article fifteen. An example of this is if a soldier was told to write a five-hundred word essay from their Noncommissioned officer and only wrote two hundred then they could get that article fifteen. Another reason to follow instructions is that it could be the difference between your life and others. If you were told to take the ammunition to the other side of the firefight where ammo was low, and you didn't do that then that side could get over ran and all of their lives are gone because they don’t have that ammo. Instructions are meant to guide people lead people in the right direction, just like the examples I just gave if you don’t follow directions then things will fall apart, and you could get hurt or get frustrated, but if you had the instructions then things would go right and fall apart because then you would the task right the first time and not need to do anything else. A good example in pop culture is music, if you don’t follow the music sheets then you could strike the wrong key and ruin the whole piece and need to restart the song and if you keep not hitting the right key then the recorder will give up and not want to record you, so you won't get the record deal or album just because you won't hit that one note in the instructions.
