The food that people consume can acquire a positive effect on our health and our danger to obtain certain diseases. Eating healthier, changing daily customs, exercise, and changing environment can advance to a healthier lifestyle. It’s certainly foremost setting limited goals; it eliminates negative distractions, over time this can compose a tremendous impact on your health. My current fitness and nutritional habits are not exactly where I prefer them or need them to be, I am overweight for my stature and build and my eating habits demand improvement. The elliptical, treadmill, and cycling 5 days a week improved my overall health. I have exceptional energy, enormous stamina, and I absolutely love my mood. Staying active decreases the risk of stroke, colon cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, heart attacks is one of the leading causes of death in the United States according to the (CDC 2016). Weight training, aerobics, and adding stretching in the future hold an important additional three objectives to my weekly exercise regime. Weight training improves muscles fitness, stretching reduces the risk of injury and aerobics is an added excitement and fun. Eating healthy, intake vitamins and fruit and vegetables are three nutritional habits I project to incorporate in my new lifestyle and eating breakfast plague me moderately, unfortunately. Skipping breakfast isn’t pleasing to boost metabolism, willingly, I exercise at least 5 times per week regrettably my eating habits possess the same defiance, I remain positive that ample changes will prevail in the near future.
