A lot of people are fat, and they become very sensitive if anybody calls them fat. It seems like they are denying the fact that their bodies are carrying fat more than flesh and bone. However, they cannot deny the fact that fat is unhealthy for them, and they need to stop gaining fat and burn it off their bodies. In “Circulation,” Eckel and Krauss (1998) write that obesity causes many health and heart problems and it may lead to death. Fat people should take a serious step in their lives and do something about their risky weight before it is too late. Moreover, losing fat and getting fit makes people look better and stronger. It is not impossible to transform ones body to a completely different body. It only takes courage and faith, and also some little work in the kitchen. Fat people can begin by looking at themselves in the mirror, and believing that their unpleasant body can change into another healthy one. People should pay attention to what causes obesity in first place, and they should not allow themselves to adapt an unhealthy lifestyle that leads to gain fat, and lacks the physical activity.

Some people are emotional and they eat as a response to their emotions, like boredom, stress, and depression. They do not have control over their emotions and they cannot relief unless they overeat. Some people have relationships problems, and they tend to eat when they have a trouble with their partner. People who are sad or lack self-esteem eat junk food to feel better and comfort themselves. According to Brown (1976), in “Causes of Obesity,” people eat sweets and cakes as a reward for something they achieved. Also, some people drink alcohol to celebrate or when they are depressed, and it contains a lot of calories that cannot be burned without exercising.
