Truly getting to know one another is a crucial element that pertains to our being part of society, in that knowing our peers and working together for the greater good is the goal of society in the first place. Going through this life without it leaves you susceptible to having no from of support in times that you may need someone to relate to or help with the obstacles and challenges you will encounter. For instance, on a daily bases we will look to others to identify with and we will use these individuals to help us adapt, cope, and improve our quality of life. Also, it is a gigantic step in avoiding loneliness, which leads to depression, maladaptive behavior, and the feeling of hopelessness. She prides herself on being a Supermom of two. She has Jordan her son who is seven years old and Joselyn her one-year old daughter. She strives to teach her children all that they need to know in order to grow up with the morals and values needed to have a successful life filled with happiness and accomplishment. For example, she teaches them to be respectful of others and that being a bully will is not how you are supposed to treat others. Also, it is important that her children learn that in order to receive something they may want that they have to work for it. Josie teaches this by making them do chores when they ask for things, such as a new toy or video game. Some of her daily tasks with her children include: helping with homework, playing with them, and showing them how to do things, such learning how to walk or read. In short, being a role model to her children that demonstrates that there is nothing in life they cannot accomplish is extremely important to her. In addition, she would also like to have two more sons later on in life. Right now, Josie is currently living with her mother Ruth. She is adding Josie with the help she needs right now to be able to properly care for her children and go to school without having to worry about daycare or paying a high amount of bills by herself.
