I hope that in this future relationship that the people I must treat as human robots will be the young and new employees that need some time to learn and grow into what they will become, and as they settle into their job, and learn what is expected, then I will be able to treat them in a more relaxed manner and become a more friendly coworker as opposed to a strict ‘boss’. I personally dislike being treated as a ‘human robot’ where I am told what to do and how to do it in every situation, I hate being micromanaged, and because I do not like it, I strive to not do that to my followers. To constantly better the organization and workplace to be the best and most effective it can be, and for it to continue to grow even after I leave. This is the most important thing to me when considering a leadership position, because no matter how great of a leader you may be in your time as a leader, all of that is useless if you do not leave a lasting impact on the organization when you leave.
