Exemplary leaders should take risks by promoting their vision and reinventing their vision if it is not adequate. Get the team involved in giving suggestions to make the organization a better place to work and possibly create more revenue. I have been in the family business since I was born. First being a follower of my parents and my parents being the exemplary leaders. Then being a team player of our organization as a family and now I am the leader of my own family. We are a family of nine, seven kids. My husband and I both work full time and we have to be very efficient. I use the experience of what I went through as a child as examples for my children today. As a leader I would go above and beyond in any task trying to complete my projects as efficient as possible for my family. We always experiment and make improvements. Small victories are seen every day, such as winning a disagreement with one of our teenagers, seeing our kids be loving and caring with each other or just seeing our kids follow as we lead as parents. As a parent I am an exemplary leader.
