Most patients identify with ethical issues such as privacy, advocacy, and help with decisions of concern. It’s also important to take into consideration the how the organization has impacted the community and what type of feedback has been brought to the organization attention. Without feedback from an outside resource certain situations may never be addressed or thought of by leadership. There are certain ways an organization can verify everyone is on the same page and also come to a better understanding of why the ethics is important. By placing an employee in a situation that might arise with a scenario that questions ethics could answer questions of why certain ethics are set in place. Have team meeting to answer questions with leadership can provide a better understanding also of the workforce outlook. It was originated by Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton as a performance measurement. There are four perspectives that the scorecard uses learning and growth, customer perspective, financial, and internal business process. The four perspectives combine a balance and conclusion of the employee performance based on the organization vision and strategy (“Balanced scorecard basics,” 2011). With the mission and value statement in mind this is something we need to make sure the community and our teens know. We need to show by example and have an open door policy with no questions asked. This should be a safe environment that we aren’t demanding and aggressive. Each teen that we help can only create an outcome for a better future for the mother and baby. Our organization will step up within the community and address the concerns that parents have that maybe they don’t understand and ask the community to help by promoting a better environment and options for
