Many medical offices are forced to comply with the new rules of the ACA. ACA has laws in place to ensure that all receive the best quality of care and are not discriminated against, because of their type of coverage. Also, help keep cost down and affordable for all individuals and not a few. However, this is all good in thought, but being in health care profession I have seen private doctors and dental offices in comparison to those that offices that mainly receive state issued insurance and I can tell you that there is a big difference in presentation and quality of care. Offices that receive state insurance often have overcrowding due to booking multiple appointment per hour to compensate for lost wages associated with difference in compensation between private and state insurance. However, there needs to be some sort of laws in place to govern how much interaction or influence pharmaceutical companies, because I believe they are the reason for many problem in the medical profession and its quality of care.
