How do we define ethical behavior in organizations? Ethical behavior is the personal account of one’s actions. When you study the actions of others, you must delve into their character. Thus, some leaders practice ethical behaviors and others do whatever they believe is the right thing to do. Hence, the true meaning of the word ethics will vary from person to person. Most individual’s ethics are designed by their morals, character and overall beliefs. Nevertheless, ethical behavior represents a value system that has been established from a sound inquiry of humanity which proposes to established fairness, integrity, of people and oneself. The first study investigated addressed the statistics of the data of a prior study; Pelletier and Bligh (2006). However, the authors thought they would benefit more if they could provide more groundwork data that PELS could use to be distinguished into measurable assessment between the ethics of upper and lower management. Moreover, the next study involved supplementary facts for a clear distinction at the level of the employee. The outcome of these two studies demonstrated sufficient data that showed the amount of faith that the employees had in the ethics of their management (upper/lower), it also lead to degree of differences, and essential, personal results. Groves and LaRocca (2011). Accordingly, an Empirical Study of Leader, Ethical Values, Transformational and Transactional Leadership, and Follower Attitudes toward Corporate Social Responsibility, studied how ethical standards, principles, and values are important credentials to a leaders style which has a powerful influence on the followers attitude concerning the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The difference and similarity of each study explain the correlation of leadership, according to ethical climate, ethical responsibility, and ethical measurements. Each research focus was directed toward theories, methods, and application of the leadership styles within the organizations, upper management and employees based on ethics. Conversely, each researcher noted the need for more research for each empirical article. Respectively, the placed a strong prominence on ethics and how leaders demonstrate ethical behavior. Based on the summary of each article, it is safe to say that each author thinks that a change in their research inquiry may expand the leadership practices and the ethical environment, the research plans to resolve. Without a doubt, more research is necessary in order to fully understand the influence ethical climate and team identification, ethical climate and these studies presented information for future
