Since this was my first internship I didn’t know what to expect. But I was ready to learn about customer service and take the responsibility to do what is right to satisfy every customer and help keep up the company performance level service. As an intern my job was to answer the phone, pick up customers, sells insurance, and clean cars. on a daily basis I had to pick up on how things are operate, and how to multitask between making reservation on the phone, and at the office, also how to communicate with the customer. After 2 weeks of adapting I was able to feel more comfortable on answering the phone, and able to answer the customer questions. Most likely I do the same job every day, but sometimes it could be very busy that it could be very hard to keep up, due to make sure the cars are clean, the contract is fully filled and if there aren’t enough people here at the …show more content…
Enterprise is more like a sales jobs which theirs is a lot of communications of trying to get the customers into the best car, or sell the customer the best insurance, or put them and a next car level for higher price which not only help the branch car sales goes up, but you could get a chance to go to the elite club where you will have the opportunity to earn a field day trip either go to a professional sporting events, spa days, golfing, paint ball, zip lining, skiing or tailgating party of one of the Phillies game. I would not see myself working at Enterprise as a career, because I will feel like, I will be missing on a lot as far my careers go, because If I stay I will be doing the same things and not feeling like I am being developed on what I really wanted to do in my life. Enterprise is a great company which hire a lot of college student they are very professional and respect every person that work for them and reward them for their hard work. If someone is trying to look out for an experience as a sales marketing major or jobs, Enterprise will be great choice for them.
The most thing that I learn through my experience at Enterprise as a Management trainee I learn that customer service comes first, and you need to be able to adapt very quickly and try to found new ways to be independent
