According to Baboolal, (2007), individuals who have advised or influenced the career path taken by the student are known as socializes. They include guidance counselors, teachers, family, friends, significant others; peers, visiting professionals and health practitioners in the students life. It also includes Television, media and the Internet. Then, socializes are influencers for job seekers in the job market.
According to Jones, (2005) participants claimed that there were limited career opportunities in agriculture and agriculture related fields but this was due to the lack of awareness of professions and lack of information leading to these false perceptions. The researchers found out that good grooming and hygiene factors play an important factor as they are the integral part of the property. Physical appearance effects on employability. In addition to this, Soft competencies have positive impact to the applicants and also benefit the hospitality firms. Then, the developments of soft competencies are essential for increasing employability ability. Work experience is a very important hiring factor and it gives them the bird’s eye-view of the applicants’ capabilities to do a job well done. e. One’s orientation in the choice of an occupation varies by satisfaction of his/her expectations, which also vary by personal knowledge of the occupation and cognitive ability.
f. One can better identify the occupation that he/she is more likely to be successful in it if he/she really understands individual needs. Therefore, understanding individual needs is critical to one’s choice of an occupation or employability.
