I have changed the way that my entire family grocery shops, the food that we keep in the house, what we eat for meals, even what we do on the weekends. I have found that the more active that I have been the more energy that I have and this has made me want to be more active on the weekends with my family. I find that I am dragging my son’s out of the house to do things especially outside since we have been pretty lucky with the weather so far this winter. I also found that my husband is drinking monster energy drinks very rarely where this used to be an everyday thing for him and now he is drinking water in place of them. I have also lost weight, this was not my actual goal, but I am very proud to show off this side-effect of my
