In 2012, I moved from Birmingham, Alabama to St. Clair County, Alabama. The way my old school taught was different from the school I was attending. Both schools had two different culture backgrounds. I attended Erwin Middle school than moved to Odenville Middle School. I had an understanding that things were going to be difficult, but in reality they were worst. The teachers I had were not as educated as they should have been, some were good teachers but some teachers acted the same age as their students. I was told elementary school was supposed to prepare you for middle school, middle school is supposed to prepare you for high school, high school supposed to prepare you for college, and college to everyday life. Writing is my way of escaping the world, it allows me to release emotions I have inside. If I didn’t have the guidance or training through the years I can honestly say I would not be able to accomplish the things I am accomplishing today in life. Sometimes I thought about giving up and, I even thought about not trying at all, but my favorite quote is “Doubt kills more Dreams than Failure ever Will”. The quote means that means that no matter how hard it is or how long it takes never doubt yourself. With the skills that I have developed where do I see myself in a year? Or where do I see myself in about 5 years from now? I want to be creative with my writing skills. I am a songwriter and I also sing, dance, rap and act. I write my own music and I have written music for other people. With the skills I have now, combined with my skills now, I plan on enhancing my ability to write and make it even better than it is
