Also, I am from Orange County. It’s a place where poverty is at 12.8%. I believe that you’re decisions are based from where you are from. For example, in Orange County, our educational attainment is 84.3%. There are 13.4% of scholars from 18 years to 24 years old that has an education less than high school graduate, 29.5% of scholars from 18 years to 24 years old that has an education of high school graduate, 48.3% of scholars from 18 years to 24 years old that has an education of some college or associate's degree, and 8.8% of scholars from 18 years to 24 years old that has an education of bachelor's degree or higher. Therefore, there is a higher chance of someone from Orange County to have the drive to attend a college or university. In Orange
