John Quincy Adams once said, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader,” I live by Adams’ words to inspire others. I want them to reach their full potential. Without imagination and understanding, we only limit ourselves and what we can accomplish as a nation. I want to give back more than just the understanding of concepts,but want to make education the spark that gives others the imagination to reach out and become the first to make a change. Change is not always easy. We work hard for the future, then our country can be great. Our future is not looking great. I walk around the campus of Cedar Creek High School and I can see areas of concern.I see things that high school students should be doing such as, respecting the elders and doing things like homework and taking notes to becoming successful. The structure of the classroom has a big role in educating students, with expectations and classroom management start to be highly required to move above the usual requirements that have been set. Teachers must manage and not discipline their classrooms to gain results. For an example when “ training students to know what they are expected to do, have students doing their work constantly will lead to having a classroom with little confusion as possible.” When the classroom is set and is constantly being adjusted to the students there are less management to worry about and more expectations to
